scene: Che is giving his "Save the Tree" speech when Summer arrives back at Brown. He enlists her to join the crusade. When Summer enters her room she finds Taylor in her bed

scene: Playing on the jukebox as Ryan enters the bar that Volchok allegedly works in. The bartender tells Ryan that Volchok has been fired and he doesn't know where he's gone

scene: Seth looks for Ryan in the Ensenada bars. He approaches a group of mad drinkers who love him and invite him to do shots and get a tattoo

scene: Later at the same bar Seth, by now drunk, is being persuaded by the guys to stay and have one more shot

"Can You Feel It?" - Lockdown Project listen/buy
scene: Seth finally arrives at the bar Ryan visited earlier after 18 tequilas and with a tattoo on his arm. The waitress sees him and comes out to talk to him on the street

scene: Sandy and Kirsten find Ryan at the bar in Ensenada. Seth comes in and tells them Volchok has left town
TRACK 8:
"The End's Not Near" - Band of Horses listen/buy
scene: At Brown Summer tries to write to Seth and bare her soul, but she can't find the words. We see Sandy and Seth driving back from Mexico and also in another car Kirsten and Ryan. Back at Brown Che comes to tell Summer the tree has been saved and they go out to sleep under it. At the end of the episode Seth talks to Kirsten in the kitchen and looks across and sees Ryan at the window of the poolhouse as he draws the blind. This track also features on Music From The OC Mix 6
