scene: Playing in Marissa's room, Summer teases Marissa about moving into the Cohen's temporarily while they hang out before school. This track also features on Music From The OC Mix 4

scene: In the student lounge Ryan and Seth talk about Marissa moving in with the Cohen's as Seth acts out scenarios for the two of them. Further down the hallway Seth runs into Zach and they talk about donating their comics to the auction.

scene: Trey gets roped into helping out at the "Newpsie" auction with Sandy and he comes across the glass Faberge egg from "Risky Business". Later, as Ryan takes Marissa's silver tea set to the auction store room he notices that the Faberge egg has gone missing and suspects Trey. The song plays at the end of the episode as Ryan & Marissa have a 'moment' and they are interrupted by a phone call

scene: Alone in their rooms, Ryan and Marissa can't sleep and meet in the kitchen by chance. They talk and almost have a "moment". Later Marissa gives Trey the tea set auction money and then finds Ryan by the pool where they sit and talk.
TRACK 6:
"Marvo Ging" - Chemical Brothers listen/buy
scene: Ryan and Seth set off to return what Trey has stolen. Marissa and Summer create a diversion by jumping up to "assist" Sandy with the auction. Later Ryan and Seth steal back the egg from the thugs Trey sold it to and race back to the charity auction house just in time.
